Purpose
in Quesnelia, the data import flow for processing instance creation/update was changed, and the post-processing stage was eliminated. As a result, the InstancePostProcessingEventHandler handler and consumers of DI_INVENTORY_INSTANCE_CREATED_READY_FOR_POST_PROCESSING and DI_INVENTORY_INSTANCE_UPDATED_READY_FOR_POST_PROCESSING events are no longer used.
