- Windows용 PowerShell 실행 스크립트와 macOS/Linux용 Bash 실행 스크립트를 추가한다. - Git에서 제외된 .env.local 파일로 로컬 DB 인증정보와 Secret을 관리한다. - 필수 환경변수를 실행 전에 검증하고 PostgreSQL 개발 기본값을 적용한다. - 실행 시 dev 프로필과 데모 시드를 자동으로 활성화한다. - 운영체제별 실행 방법을 개발 가이드에 문서화한다.
