0.1.55 published before the doc sync, so npm froze the old README (37 tools). Republish with the corrected 44-tools README. No code change.

0.1.55 was published to npm before the doc sync (#67), so npm froze the pre-sync README (still said 37 tools). This bumps to 0.1.56 to republish with the corrected README/docs already on main (44 MCP tools, 15 CLI commands). No code change — version + CHANGELOG only. Tag push triggers release.yml → npm publish.
