Curating a new topic or collection

I am proposing the creation of a new collection, "Made in Afghanistan", to showcase and celebrate notable open-source projects created by Afghan developers. Currently, GitHub Explore lacks a dedicated collection for Afghanistan, despite a growing community of Afghan developers contributing valuable tools to the global open-source ecosystem. This collection will provide much-needed visibility to their work and inspire others in the region.

To seed this new collection, I am adding my open-source project, homayounmmdy/rtl-text-tools. It is a comprehensive, zero-dependency text processing toolkit designed specifically for RTL (Right-to-Left) languages such as Persian, Arabic, Hebrew, and Urdu.

Key highlights of the project include:

• Comprehensive RTL Utilities: Fixes ellipsis, punctuation, digit conversion, brackets, and provides Bidi wrapping and CSS/DOM helpers.
• Wide Language Support: Supports Arabic, Persian, Hebrew, Urdu, Pashto, Kurdish, and more.
• High Compatibility: Works all the way back to IE11 with zero runtime dependencies, fully tested and optimized for maximum browser compatibility.
• Developer Experience: Offers TypeScript support, React helpers, and plain-text/terminal utilities.

This tool solves real-world frontend challenges for developers working with RTL scripts and serves as a strong foundational project for the "Made in Afghanistan" collection. I plan to continue curating and adding more high-quality open-source projects from Afghan developers to this collection in the future.
