Correction PR from kanban t_c39dcc63 (VERIFY T5).
Verification of merged PR #11 (require-code gating) found all acceptance criteria PASS. One test-integrity gap restored: test_lesson_requires_correct_code_for_completion now directly asserts the next lesson stays locked (403) when no-code answers are submitted to a code-required lesson.
