Code Review
This pull request updates the code ownership information by replacing the old Python team @googleapis/yoshi-python with the new team @googleapis/cloud-sdk-python-team across configuration files. The changes in .github/CODEOWNERS, .librarian/generator-input/.repo-metadata.json, and .repo-metadata.json are consistent and correctly reflect this update.
