Builds Bazelisk from source using Go 1.24.8 to resolve vulnerabilities in the Go standard library (e.g., CVE-2025-58189). A regular rebuild did not fix these because the upstream binary was built with a vulnerable Go version. Bazelisk remains available at /tools/bazelisk.
