build.gradle: version now comes from -PagentVersion= (falls back to 1.0-SNAPSHOT locally), so the released JAR carries the real version.
.github/workflows/release-jar.yml (new) — on a v* tag: builds the shadow JAR and publishes it as a GitHub Release asset named gpufl-agent.jar.
