Deprecates
handleResolvedAddresses()andcanHandleEmptyAddressListFromNameResolution()methods from LoadBalancer. These are planned for removal in release v1.56.0.Comments are also updated to further instruct extenders of LoadBalancer on the use of
acceptResolvedAddresses()
