docs: improve SEO descriptions across v6, platform, and migrate pages

Summary

Rewrites short, generic description frontmatter on the v6, platform, and migrate pages added/modified by the v6 SDK PR so each page has a unique, search-friendly 130–155 char summary.

Changes

• Expanded 31 descriptions that were previously under 130 characters (most were 40–110), keeping each between 130 and 155.
• Made each description page-specific by mentioning the concrete APIs, commands, or workflows the page documents (e.g. BashGrader, RobotBridge, hud eval, @env.template).
• Ensured every description in scope is unique; titles were already within the 60-character target and left untouched.
• No content, OpenAPI specs, or other frontmatter fields were modified.

Context

Surfaced by the v6 documentation restructure in #421, which added the docs/v6/ tree and the docs/migrate-v6.mdx guide.

Overview
Updates only the YAML description field in frontmatter on 31 docs pages (docs/migrate-v6.mdx, docs/platform/*, and the docs/v6/* tree). Each short, generic blurb is replaced with a unique summary aimed at ~130–155 characters, tuned for search snippets.

Descriptions now name what each page actually covers—e.g. @env.template, BashGrader, hud eval, platform deploy flows, and Harbor interop—instead of repeating vague one-liners. Titles, icons, and page body copy are unchanged.
