Agents load the skill but skip bare "see X.md" pointers, designing from existing code instead — which predates recently-updated conventions. Phrase the checklist as "read X, then implement Y" and state the read-the-guide-first rule once in AGENTS.md. Co-Authored-By: Claude Fable 5 <noreply@anthropic.com>
