Thanks! I opened a PR #14564 based on this one to potentially add a new group_offloading_leaf_level_exclude_modules test config attribute that lets us exclude modules like the SiglipVisionModel module here from leaf-level offloading tests, so that we can still test the other modules which do support leaf-level offloading.
