Bumps the remaining standards reusable pins (governance, secret-scanner, scorecard, mirror) to e9c8888 — current standards main — and refreshes the stale `# main 2026-06-02` date comment on the governance pin. The scan pin was already bumped in #325; this completes the refresh so the governance reusable in use includes the source-pinned scanner cache fix (standards#441).
