uuid = uuidv5(@url, github.com/hyperpolymath/panic-attack) = e4f11b6b-626c-5dd2-bb83-312c9dc0d968 (was a non-deterministic/placeholder value). canonical-name ('panic-attack') left as-is. Co-Authored-By: Claude Opus 4.8 (1M context) <noreply@anthropic.com>
