Make FUNCTAB read-only
When a script assigns to or deletes an element of FUNCTAB, this ordinary mutable AWK array accepts the operation, whereas gawk treats FUNCTAB as read-only and raises a fatal error. The mutation also makes the exposed table disagree with actual indirect dispatch, which continues using separate function metadata; use a guarded map that rejects writes and removals.
