Correct sibling repo names to match keylime-webtool org convention (backend/frontend, not keylime-webtool-backend/keylime-webtool-frontend). Quote sqlite::memory: to prevent YAML parsing errors. Bump actions to latest: checkout v6, setup-node v6, upload-artifact v7. Replace fixed sleep delays with curl readiness loops to avoid 502/503 race conditions.
