This DEBUG commit modifies the Dockerfile to build Kiwi TCMS from PR #4451 (django-modern-rpc v2.1.0 migration) instead of the latest release.
The existing integration tests will now run against the new RPC decorator pattern to verify compatibility.
This is a DEBUG commit and should be reverted after verification.
