This updates the gen-y/ files with updated certificates, and keeps the revoked ones in a new revoked/ directory.

I haven't linked the revoked certificates anywhere.

I've removed the crt.sh link for x2-by-x1 as crt.sh doesn't seem to have the new certificate yet.

I've also removed the link for the previous x2-by-x1 cross-sign, as I'm not sure it's relevant anywhere. I think we can consider linking all the old/revoked intermediates somewhere, but I don't want to figure out the web design for that right now.

Just the PEM files.

In case they're needed for anyone's reference.
Drop the previous links, and the now-outdated crt.sh link.

We can update the crt.sh link in a future PR, once available.

LGTM.

If we want to keep around references to the expired and revoked certs, the page has a retired section that they could be put under.

We'll hopefully be changing this whole page to be auto-generated from a JSON file at some point in the future anyway.
