Instead of just the status of AppVeyor. AppVeyor does not even run in the main repository anymore.

Ideally we get Appveyor back as it tests different vscode versions... maybe have both (GitHub first)? |

This badge is all-inclusive. Whatever runs for the latest commit and produces GitHub check-runs will be considered. AppVeyor does this too. |
