I believe the project name is Fearless SIMD, but I'm not actually sure about that. We should make sure we're being consistent about that (see our naming convention wiki article)

I feel the name is too generic to be spelled without the underscore. For example the zerocopy crate always makes sure to write it in backticks and clarify "crate" because it's a fairly broad term otherwise.
