This isn't currently being used now, and if a downstream package needs it, then it should include it separately rather than relying on a bundled version in here.

disclaimer: this is untested, just swapped out the dependenciesUPDATE: This has been tested by ryan / @1egoman in a downstream project with success. However, from what I can tell this
ref-napidependency is not being used in this tool anymore directly so I decided to opt to remove it and move the dependency into one of livekit's packages which consumes it and needsref-napi's behavior.
