Does what it says on the tin.
_docscollection is rendered via astro with this PR instead of jekyll.PR ENV: https://gro-683-2-docs.dkkh35gceu2po.amplifyapp.com/docs/latest/
TLDR: Everything should look and function the same as before; it just uses astro instead of jekyll for the vast majority of pages.
Specific areas to test:
bun devto make sure docs works well locally too - http://localhost:4321/docs/latest/There's probably more I'm forgetting. There's like 10k pages. Go nuts!
