Per comms team guidance (Harnoop), the term 'Book of News' should not be used internally or externally. This updates all references in the skill file to use 'News & Announcements' instead. The AKA links remain unchanged. Agent behavior is preserved — it still fetches news content from the same endpoints, with news.microsoft.com as a fallback for unlisted events.
