Summary

Updates terminology in the skill file per comms team guidance. Replaces a deprecated internal term with "News & Announcements" throughout.

Changes

  • 9 replacements across the skill file — zero URL changes
  • Event context table label updated
  • Workflow instructions updated to reference "news and announcements page"
  • Security section terminology aligned
  • Search strategy: rewritten to use AKA links as primary source,
    ews.microsoft.com as fallback
  • Key resources table: all three news entries relabeled

What stays the same

  • All AKA link URLs unchanged
  • Agent still fetches the same news content from the same endpoints

ews.microsoft.com fallback preserved for unlisted events

  • No behavioral changes to the skill beyond terminology

Per comms team guidance (Harnoop), the term 'Book of News' should not be
used internally or externally. This updates all references in the skill
file to use 'News & Announcements' instead.

The AKA links remain unchanged. Agent behavior is preserved — it still
fetches news content from the same endpoints, with news.microsoft.com
as a fallback for unlisted events.
