Summary

Moves the azure-cli component from the base repository to the Microsoft repository.

  • Removes azure-cli from the base component group.
  • Adds a microsoft-packages component group.
  • Publishes the component through rpm-microsoft, rpm-microsoft-srpm, and rpm-microsoft-debuginfo.
