Updates the Explorer context menu label for the Image Carousel feature to better match the established “<Verb> in <Location>” wording pattern used across adjacent menu items in the workbench UI.
Changes:
- Renamed the Explorer context menu action title from “Open Images in Carousel” to “Open in Image Carousel”.
- Updated the corresponding configuration setting description to match the new menu label.

<Verb> in <Location>pattern used by adjacent items ("Reveal in File Explorer", "Open in Integrated Terminal").Renames to "Open in Image Carousel" in both the action title and the corresponding configuration setting description.
