- added 404 as an acceptable http status code - properly percent-encoded query parameters This should fix some problems when using KickAss as provider.
Previously the user provided transmission address was trimmed, and only the hostname and port was used when creating the transmissionrpc client, which uses the default '/tranmission/rpc' path in this case. Now the scheme, port, and the path is also passed when creating the client, which parses this information, and looks for tranmission at the address specified by the user.

BitHDTV automatically redirects you to HTTPS now. Have not tested this myself, but buddy of mine says the change to HTTPS helped solve "No data returned" error.

seems as though iptorrents have changed their "get rss" page, and the url associated with it. update regex to scrape and match new url pattern.
