Overview
Bumps Next.js in packages/website from 16.2.4 to 16.2.6 (patch release with security fixes and backported bug fixes per upstream release notes). pnpm-lock.yaml is refreshed so the resolved next tree and related transitive packages (e.g. @next/*, esbuild, rollup) align with the new version.

No application source changes—only dependency and lockfile updates for the marketing/site package.
