mcp-tools-diff is an offline transformer. It reads two MCP tools/list JSON files you provide and emits a diff. It performs no network calls and does not invoke any LLM or MCP server.

It reads only tool names, descriptions, and input schemas — never executes a tool.

Only the latest tagged release is supported.
