fix: wasm-browser page is not linked from menu#68

The WebAssembly and Browsers page lived under deployment/ and was not linked from any navigation group, so it was only reachable by direct URL. Move it into the Languages section alongside the other runtime targets, repoint the inbound link, and redirect the old URL. Co-Authored-By: Claude Opus 4.8 <noreply@anthropic.com>

The page currently was not reachable at all from the main navigation menu. This adds it under "languages", and also improves the page now that we have Node.js FFI.
