Adds tagboard integration

This adds integration with the social media aggregation service Tagboard (https://tagboard.com/).

It converts links in the form of https://tagboard.com/[HASHTAG]/[TAGBOARD_ID] (ex. https://tagboard.com/glsmanila2015/252389) to embedded objects.
