Adopts the just-released @ocpp-debugkit/toolkit@0.4.0 and surfaces the Open OCPP Trace interop on the site.

  • Bumps the dependency ^0.3.1 to ^0.4.0. The inspector's parseTrace now auto-detects the vendor-neutral Open OCPP Trace format, so a trace from another OCPP tool can be pasted and analyzed directly (verified in the running inspector: an Open OCPP Trace JSONL paste produced 2 events, 1 session, 0 warnings, directions mapped).
  • Landing: a "Move traces between tools" section on the shared format.
  • Docs: an Open OCPP Trace section on the trace-format page, and a convert command on the CLI reference.

Verified locally: typecheck, build, and 19/19 Playwright e2e pass.
