HORCRUX_ -> SECRETS_, WARDEN_ -> AUTHZ_, GATEKEEPER_ -> AUTH_, AETHER_ -> BILLING_. Core infra env vars should describe their use case, not their internal product name.
Converge on BILLING_ prefix for all billing-related config. The struct field is renamed with a serde alias for backward compat with existing configs that use aether_url.
