Syncs the RU pages with php/doc-en#5633.
Most of the upstream diff fixes English prose typos that have no RU counterpart, so those files only get their EN-Revision bumped. What is mirrored here: the
xml:idbeforexmlnsattribute order on 12 root elements, theparatosimparaconversions, and the typos that live inside code samples (Interstingandretrieveing).Fixes: #1498
