Updates documentation for pipecat PR #4535: - Add output_format parameter to Configuration section - Update model default from lightning-v3.1 to lightning_v3.1_pro - Update available models to use underscore convention - Update default voice from sophia to meher - Remove consistency, similarity, and enhancement settings - Remove lightning-v2 model references and examples - Remove note about model changes requiring reconnection - Update speed parameter description to include range (0.5-2.0)
