This enables the Pipecat runner to handle WebSocket connections.

The client now basically matches the same code we use in our SmallWebRTC Pipecat Cloud example, but using the WebSocket transport.

We can use this to connect directly to PCC.

Ok, pushed a few more changes. Now this works with the latest runner. Once Pipecat 1.3.0 is released, this example will be ready.
