Thanks for adding the C# port! One issue to fix:
sample.json URLs have the wrong repo name: The url, downloadUrl, and thumbnail URLs reference pnp/pnp-copilot-pro-dev-samples (doubled pnp-). These should be pnp/copilot-pro-dev-samples.
For example:
