The top-level heading deviates from the established meeting-notes pattern. Other posts use the meeting date as the H1 (e.g., docs/docs/meeting-notes/posts/2024-08-15.md:9 and 2024-07-02.md:8), and they include a <!-- more --> marker near the top for the excerpt split (e.g., 2024-08-15.md:15). Consider changing # NEXT to # 2026-03-26 and adding <!-- more --> in the usual spot.
