This is a critical change which fixes boot up crash on Purwa. Without this change, Purwa is not usable. Current test case failure is not related to this change. It's a test infrastructure issue.

Not until #2276 is backported to wrynose

#2276 is still under discussion. Can we merge this PR first? This PR only update firmware for Hamoa/Purwa so it has no impact to any other targets (KLMT). Without this change Purwa can't boot up on QLI2.0. Auto CI test is not enabled on Hamoa/Purwa due to existing boot up issue on QLI. This is an important step to enable CI test for Purwa.

We can, but without #2276 (or something similar) we will be merged untested commits. So, currently nothing can be merged to wrynose.
