Was the PipeWire-related regression fixed?

Previously audio breakages were seen with pipewire v1.6.3. On tip of meta-oe it bumped to v1.6.5. However audio is still failing. I'll drop meta-oe update for now.

@qti-sbojja is actively looking into this failure. As a stopgap, updated meta-oe SHAs by reverting pipewire to known good version in #2323.
