  • Add DSP libs for Glymur and reuse Hamoa DSP libs for Purwa
  • Update install rules and package definitions for target platforms
  • Bump package version

add FastCV DSP support for Purwa and Glymur targets

No, you are not. You are upgrading FastCV recipe to the next release, which also brings DSP support for those targets.

Also please use plain English rather than bullet lists for the commit message.

qcom-fastcv-binaries: upgrade FastCV recipe to 1.8.6

This update brings DSP support for Purwa and Glymur targets as part
of the new release. Purwa reuses the Hamoa DSP libraries.
