With only @grafana/data moved to ^13.1.0, npm ci now resolves data 13 at the root while @grafana/runtime and @grafana/ui stay on 12.x and pull their own nested @grafana/data@12.4.5 entries in package-lock.json. This plugin externalizes the Grafana packages at runtime and src/plugin.json still advertises grafanaDependency: >=12, so builds/tests can compile against data 13 APIs even though supported Grafana 12 installs will provide the 12.x shared packages. Please bump @grafana/runtime/@grafana/ui and the minimum Grafana version together, or keep @grafana/data on 12.x.
