Adds six focused code-review cases to complement the existing hooks and closure resources. Disclosure: I maintain FrontendAtlas and am proposing my own resource.

Adds a focused interactive resource under React's hooks section.
It complements the existing closure and useEffect reading with six code-review cases on timers, effects, subscriptions, async responses, and event handlers. Each case is framed around observable behavior.
Disclosure: I maintain FrontendAtlas and am proposing my own public resource. Some separate site exercises are optional premium.
