chore(scripts): add dual RHEL9/RHEL10 hub image support (RHIDP-14884)

Summary

• Add rhdh-hub-rhel10 option to e2e-tests/local-run.sh interactive menu (default for main/2.y)
• Keep rhdh-hub-rhel9 for maintenance branch testing
• Add common::default_hub_image_repo() for branch-aware defaults in upgrade jobs
• Update nightly trigger docs and README badges

Depends on

• feat(hub): migrate hub container build to UBI10/RHEL10 (RHIDP-14879) #5250 (RHIDP-14879 hub UBI10 migration) — branch is stacked; merge 14879 first or review together
