Commit message:

Rename DevicePluginContainerSpec to CommonContainerSpec

Introduce CommonContainerSpec as the canonical container configuration type,
with DevicePluginContainerSpec kept as a backward-compatible alias.
This prepares for DRA support where DRASpec will reuse CommonContainerSpec for its driver container configuration.
