- onLimitWarning hook (LimitWarningHandler) threaded through AgentOs constructor + options schema + types
- crank RivetKit actor defaults (timeouts->1hr, maxQueueSize 1e6, maxQueueMessageSize 512MiB) + actorOptions passthrough + setup() message-size caps
- merge adapter_stderr accumulation with fix: stream ACP session updates live for Pi turns #1539 live ACP session-event streaming in acp_extension.rs
- test fixes: flat-node-modules dereference-copy for cross-repo agent links, xu provisioning + sibling fallback dir, codex-fullturn gated as known-failing
- pin secure-exec npm + crates to published 0.3.2 (link: -> catalog:, pinned mode)
