Summary
This PR extends the existing Rstack plugin with checkout-local Context tools instead of introducing another plugin or marketplace. It adds one shared Codex and Claude MCP launcher, six evidence-aware workflows, plugin contract tests, and evaluation scenarios. The evidence runtime is owned by
rstackjs/context; Rstack CLI providesrs mcpand the stack adapters.The launcher discovers Rstack from the repository root, declared workspace packages, immediate child packages, or PATH. It also clears inherited inline Node arguments before importing the CLI so embedded Rstest workers can start normally.
