This PR removes no-op or redundant
define.test()blocks from the Lit, Node.js, and Svelte create-rstack templates. Tests continue to inherit the relevantdefine.app()ordefine.lib()configuration, including DOM environment selection, while templates with test-specific setup remain unchanged.
