It looks like the rename just made it into the 2026-07-31 nightly build, I've checked this is the rustup build date locally. |

This PR renames the
#[splat]attribute to#[rustc_splat], due to rust-lang/rust#159428.It won't pass CI until the GitHub actions nightly contains that fix.It also adds @Ajay-singh1 as the lead crate author.
