The otlp-fold and Go 1.25 minimum-version note landed after the v5.9.0 tag was cut, but got appended into the already-released v5.9.0 section. Move it into its own v5.10.0 (Unreleased) entry instead. Co-Authored-By: Claude Sonnet 5 <noreply@anthropic.com>
