Sync the sendbird fork's main with the upstream langfuse/langfuse-python latest (v4.8.0b1).

Fast-forward of main from fed7240 (v3.3.4 area) to 5c9efae (v4.8.0b1)
250 upstream commits brought in; 0 local-only commits were on main (clean ancestor, no fork customizations lost)
Notable upstream changes since divergence: poetry → uv migration, v4 release line, span-processor app-root marking, serializer fixes, API spec updates

Why

Keep the fork current with upstream so downstream sendbird work builds on the latest SDK.

Notes

Direct push to main is blocked by branch protection, hence this PR.
This is a pure upstream catch-up — no sendbird-specific changes included.
